The sale included four industrial properties; 1760, 1778-1780, 1786-1798 & 1800 on Union Avenue. Clipper Mill Industrial Park is located along the Jones Falls Expressway between Hampden and Druid Hill Park with easy access to downtown Baltimore and I-695.
Bradd Caplan, a commercial real estate associate for Alex Cooper, represented the seller in this notable sale. After achieving great success in the Hampden area by facilitating the sale of The Mill Centre in October 2013 he asserted, “We have had tremendous success selling in Hampden.
